Five COVID-19 cases remain in Category 4, receiving respiratory assistance and are being monitored closely, according to the Ministry of Health.
Meanwhile, no COVID-19 fatalities were reported on Tuesday. The ministry said 715 recoveries were recorded on Tuesday, bringing the total number of recoveries to 206,488.
The ministry said 75.1 per cent of Brunei Darussalam’s population have received the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine while 7.2 per cent have been administered the fourth dose.
The ministry said the percentage of children aged five to 11 who have received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine remained at 80.2 per cent on Tuesday, while 53.6 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have been administered the third dose.
