The Brunei Pulau Muara Besar (PMB) Bridge, Hengyi (PMB) Petrochemical Project – with an annual crude oil processing capacity of eight million tonnes, and the CC4 section of the Temburong Bridge have clinched the 2020-2021 China Construction Engineering Luban Award (overseas projects). All three were built by Chinese companies in Brunei Darussalam.
The announcement of the award was made by the Embassy of China in Brunei Darussalam.
The Luban Award is the highest honour for quality in China’s construction industry.
Additionally, the Hengyi (PMB) Petrochemical Project also won the 2020-2021 National Prime Quality Engineering Gold Award, while the Brunei PMB Bridge Project won the 2020-2021 National Prime Quality Engineering Award.
