Over 300 people took part in the Palestine fund charity recreation walkathon (RATAP), organised by Wargamas Association at BIBD Connects, Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas on Sunday morning.
Permanent Secretary (Sports) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) Pengiran Mohd Amirrizal bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, the guest of honour, launched the walkathon. He also joined the participants for a 1.2-kilometre walkathon around Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque.
Wargamas Association President Haji Abu Bakar bin Haji Mohd Don said, “RATAP is a charity and recreation event that demonstrates our solidarity with Palestine.”
