The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has tabled a budget of BND566,321,410 for the 2024-2025 financial year.
Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Defence II Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof stated that the budget for the PMO and its departments was crafted with an emphasis on the goals and priorities of the national budget theme ‘United in Building a More Prosperous Future’.
At the 20th session of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting on Thursday, the minister also outlined three priorities for the ministry in its budget: enhancing the well-being and productivity of the public, effective implementation of government policies and fostering innovation and economic growth.
