There were gaps in business continuity plans in government agencies following major power disruptions that occurred last year, said Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Defence II Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof during the 20th session of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting on Thursday.
The minister was addressing concerns raised by LegCo member Yang Berhormat Hajah Rosmawatty binti Haji Abdul Mumin whether or not disruptions similar to the incident in June and another in October last year would effect counter services, hospital servicas and businesses.
