Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) on Tuesday announced a collaborative effort with the JobCentre Brunei (JCB) to host a walk-in interview aimed at recruiting applicants to join the bank’s customer service team.
“As a dynamic organisation that is growing rapidly, BIBD is actively expanding the contact service workforce to help attend to the growing customer base, to significantly reduce wait time and ensure all calls are promptly answered.
“The new hiring will allow BIBD to deliver a more efficient and seamless customer experience,” it said. The walk-in interview will be held on April 19 at JCB in Kampong Beribi from 8.30am to noon and 2pm to 4pm with BIBD looking to secure up to 40 new hires.
