The trial involving an assistant superintendent of customs (ASC) on charges of criminal breach of trust has been moved to July 16.
Suyati binti Haji Ahmad Besar pleaded not guilty on March 29, 2023 to the three charges of criminal breach of trust by a public servant.
Intermediate Court Judge Radin Safiee bin Radin Mas Basiuni yesterday adjourned the case to give way for case management before trial can begin.
