Prosecutor Radin Wafri bin Radin Sufri on Monday levelled a theft charge against locals Muhammad Aiman bin Morni, 26 and Mohd Saiful Rizal bin Bujang, 36.
The charge alleged that sometime on May 3 and 4, the duo unlawfully entered a building in Jalan Singa Menteri, Kuala Belait and stole various items including medication, household goods and electronic appliances.
