The Intermediate Court yesterday sentenced Muhammad Alinor bin Haji Jailani, 54, to three years’ imprisonment for housebreaking.
Prosecutors Radin Wafri bin Radin Sufri and Ahmad Firdaus bin Mohammad revealed that the incident took place on May 2 and 3 at a residence in Kuala Belait.
The defendant and his accomplices climbed over the gate and entered the house through a window before ransacking the residence.
