Students Japan bound for science programme (19.05.2024)

The Ministry of Education (MoE), through the Science, Technology and Environment Partnership Centre (STEP Centre), has nominated five students and two supervising teachers to participate in the Sakura Science High School Programme (SSHP) 2024 organised by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) from May 19-25 in Japan.

 

The delegation members are Nurfa’eqah Syahirah binti Haji Abdul Majid from Sengkurong Sixth Form Centre (PTES), Albert Quet Moncherry from Meragang Sixth Form Centre, Mohamed Nabil bin Mohamed Hairol from Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah College, Lee Jing Jing from Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Science College and Muhd Luqman Al-Hakim bin Aliuddin from Tutong Sixth Form Centre.

 

Education officers Norlela binti Puasa from Belait Sixth Form Centre and Wahidatu Ashriha binti Ya’akub from PTES are co-leading the delegation.  Head of STEP Centre Hajah Suriani binti Haji Noor Hashim was present to bid farewell to the delegation at the Brunei International Airport on Saturday.
