The Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE) on Thursday issued a statement apologising for inconvinence caused by payment delays following the implementation of the Treasury Accounting and Financial Information System 2.0 (TAFIS 2.0) on April 1.
The ministry said they have set up a payment clinic to assist government departments to immediately process claims made before April 2024.
The clinic has been set up at Guest Lounge 1 at MoFE and is open from Monday to Thursday and on Saturday at 8.30am to noon and 2pm to 4pm.
