Bruneian medical students and trainee doctors and allied health professionals studying in the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland were reminded that they were important assets to the nation, and to work towards raising the level of health and well-being for the country’s people.
This was said by Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar during a hybrid gathering session with the medical students at Brunei Hall in London, UK recently.
He told the students training overseas it was important to have constant communicate with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Ministry of Education on the planning and status of their training to facilitate monitoring, supervision and job planning as well as for students to receive advice and guidance.
